手术标本在肺部病变影像诊断中价值的探讨

Evaluation of operating specimen's diagnosis value for lung disease of radiotherapy

目的探讨手术标本在肺部病变影像诊断中的价值。方法肺癌45例,炎性假瘤13例,错构瘤3例,结核瘤4例;从标本与CT最大最小直径、病变周边情况、病变实体情况三个主要方面列表比较。结果就标本与CT最大最小直径的比较,采用SPSS10.0统计分析软件包χ2检验,肺癌、炎性假瘤以及结核瘤P<0.01,均有显著差异,而错构瘤没有。而病变周边情况,肺癌、炎性假瘤以及结核瘤标本与CT也有差异。结论大部分手术标本与影像相吻合;从手术标本中,可寻找到出现影像误差的原因。

Objective To evaluate operating speeimen＇s diagnose value for lung disease of radiotherapy.Methods 45 cases of lung cancer,13 cases of inflammatory pseudotumors, 3 cases of hamartoma, 4 cases of tuberculomas. From three main field to compare： greatest and least diameter for operating specimen and CT, around situation for lung disease, situation for lung disease Results To contrast of greatest and least diameter for operating specimen and CT, Making X^2 testing of SPSS10.0 statistics analyse software, P〈0.01 for lung cancer,inflammatory pseudotumors and tubereulomas,having notable difference besides hamartoma.around situation for lung disease,The operating specimen of lung cancer,inflammatory pseudotumors and tubereulomas are difference too.Conclusion Greater part operating specimen are correspondence identical with radiotherapy.We promote many perceptual understanding form operating specimen,moreover, comprehend and analyse reason about appearing error.
