动态观察抗癫痫药物血药浓度的临床意义

Dynamic Observation of the Serum Concentration of AEDS

本文采用高效液相层析法测定74例单一服用DPH或CBZ的癫痫病人的血药浓度,并对部分病人进行了追踪观察,结果提示癫痫病人对AED的反应具有个体差异,尤其是对DPH。服DPH剂量不变时,随用药时间延长,约70％病人血药浓度有增高趋势;部分服用CBZ的病人剂量不变时,血药浓度有下降趋势。认为动态观察AED的血药浓度具有重要的临床意义。

Using HPLC, the serum concentration of DPH and CBZ were measured in 74 epileptic patients. It was found that there were individual difference to DPH or CBZ in epileptic patients. Although the dosages of HPH were not changed, the serum concentration of DPH increased in 70% epileptic patients as the time of using DPH was prolonged. On the other hand, the CBZ serum concentrations were decreased in part of patients. Therefore, we suggest serum level monitoring is necessary for patients who took CBZ or DPH.
