摘要 缺氧诱导因子-1(HIF-1)是异二聚体核转录因子,在维持细胞、组织氧平衡中起重要调节作用。由HIF-1α和HIF-1β2个亚单位组成。其中,HIF-1α是其功能亚基,缺氧条件下,HIF-1α与HIF-1β形成有活性的HIF-1,诱导下游靶基因的表达,通过调节不同靶基因而表现出不同的生理功能,如血管新生、能量代谢、红细胞生成、细胞分化等。在HIBD中,HIF-1α通过调节靶基因表达以增加组织氧供应、改善能量代谢、刺激血管新生与重塑、促进神经再生及抗凋亡等,从而达到神经保护作用。现阐述HIF-1的结构、生理功能及其在HIBD中的保护作用及机制。
