Influence of Arozin on the Growth and Physiological Characteristics of Rice

通过盆栽试验,探讨了阿罗津不同施药量对水稻生长和生理特性的影响。结果表明:阿罗津对水稻生长和生理有一定的抑制,但这种影响是可恢复的。施用阿罗津后10d水稻的株高、鲜重和分蘖都受到了抑制,光合速率、叶绿素含量和根系活力随着施药剂量的增加而降低;并且阿罗津在一定范围内能够诱导水稻体内的GSH含量、GST活性和SOD活性的提高。施药后20d除了高剂量外,其他处理水稻各种指标基本恢复到正常水平。

The experiment went along with potted rice, inquiring into the effect of arozin with different application dosage on the growth and physiological characteristics of rice. The trial results showed that reversible inhibition effects of arozin on rice vegetative growth occurred. The 10^th day after application, the arozin decreased the height, fresh weight, tiller, photosynthetic rate, total carbohydrate content and activity of the root, and increased the GSH content and the activities of GST and SOD. The 20 days after application, each characteristic of all the treatments had recovered to the normal level, except the treatment of highest dosage treatment.
