摘要
利用条形传递函数方法(SDTFM)得到了局部覆盖带状被动约束层阻尼(PCLD)板动力学问题的半解析解。由Hamilton原理导出了PCLD板和基板的刚度矩阵与质量矩阵,在状态空间内建立了局部覆盖带状PCLD板的动力学方程和边界条件。利用分布参数传递函数方法得到了系统的固有频率、损耗因子和频响曲线。算例分析结果与NASTRAN计算结果相比,吻合良好,验证了本方法的有效性,且更适于处理粘弹性材料具有频变特性的问题。讨论了PCLD带的覆盖位置和覆盖率对系统固有频率和损耗因子的影响,为局部覆盖PCLD板的优化设计奠定了基础。
The semi-analytical solution for dynamic characters of a plate with partial passive constrained layer damping (PCLD) strip is obtained with the striped transfer function method(SDTFM). The element stiffness matrix and element mass matrix of the PCLD plate and its base plate are derived under Hamilton principle. The dynamic equation and boundary conditions are established in state space. Considering the distributed parameter transfer function scheme, the natural frequencies, loss factors and curves of frequency response of the system are obtained. The numerical predictions coincide very well with those from NASTRAN, especially for the problem of the viscoelastic material with varying frequency characters. The effects of PCLD location, percent of coverage , damp layer thickness and constrained layer thickness on the natural frequencies and loss factors of the system are discussed to lay a foundation for the optimal design of PCLD plates.
