润肠通便汤治疗便秘的实验研究

The Experimental Research of runchangtongbian Decotion Treating Constipation

[目的]探讨润肠通便汤治疗便秘的通便作用。[方法]观察润肠通便汤对正常小鼠、燥结失水便秘模型和复方地芬诺酯(DC)便秘模型小鼠排便的影响;对正常小鼠小肠推进运动和肠容积的影响。[结果]润肠通便汤对正常小鼠、燥结失水便秘模型小鼠及复方地芬诺酯(DC)便秘模型小鼠均有明显促进排便的作用;润肠通便汤还能促进正常小鼠小肠推进运动,有较明显的增加肠道重量,增加肠管容积的作用。[结论]润肠通便汤具有明显的通便作用。

[Objective] To explore the treatment of chronic constipation by runchangtongbian decoction. [Methods] Observed defecation effect of runchangtongbian decoction on normal and constipation mice（ the DC type and the dry stool type）, the move rate in small intestine and the volume of intestinal canal of normal mice was observed at the same time. [Results] Runchangtongbian decoction showed a good promoting defecation effect for the two types of costipation and normal stool mice, runchangtongbian decoction also increased the weight of intestense, and expanded the canal of intestine. [ Conclusions]The study shows that runchangtongbian decoction has the function of promoting the movement of intestines and defecation.
