摘要
介绍了狐狸绒纤维的结构特征和性能,由于结构的原因,狐狸绒纤维的保暖性能优于羊绒。采用16.7tex×2(60Nm/2)狐狸绒、丝光羊毛、天丝、长绒棉(52/16/16/16)狐狸绒混纺纱与7.8tex/2.2tex(70D/20D)锦纶包芯纱在横机上进行编织,详述了生产过程中的编织工艺、染整工艺及注意事项,并对狐狸绒内衣套装成品各项指标进行测试,结果表明,各项服用性能均符合标准。
This paper introduces the structure characteristics and properties of fox hair fiber. It is found that the fox hair fiber bears better thermal property than cashmere. This paper discusses in detail the knitting technology, dyeing technology and precautions of the flat knitted fox hair blended fabric using the 16.7 tex×2(60 Nm/2)fox hair, mercerized wool, Tencel, long staple cotton (52/16/16/16) blended yarn and 7.8 tex/2.2 tex (70 D/20 D) nylon core-spun yarn. In addition, this paper tests the parameters of fox hair knitted underwear and it is found that the wearability can meet all the standards.
