摘要
炫格绒面料是采用改性涤纶丝和普通涤纶丝为面纱、普通涤纶丝为地纱的经编家纺面料,具有手感柔软、光滑,立体感强,色泽靓丽和双色效果等特点。文中从原料选择、织造工艺、染料助剂选择、染色工艺及后整理工艺等方面进行研究分析,确定了最佳生产工艺。其中,织造、染色和起毛工序最为关键,主要工艺为:选用拉舍尔双针床经编机织造后剖割;采用阳离子染料和分散染料同浴染色;160℃、0～+10%超喂定形后反面起毛。
The Xuangerong fabric is one kind of warp knitted household textile fabric using modified polyester and normal polyester as face yarn and normal polyester as ground yarn, possessing the characteristics of soft hand, smooth surface, strong 3D effect, bright color and double-color effect. This paper analyzes the raw material selection, knitting technology, dyes and auxiliaries selection, dyeing technology and post-finishing process of this kind of fabric, and determines the optimized technology. Among other things, the knitting, dyeing and teasing processes are most important, which mainly includes using Raschel double-needle bar warp knitting machine to knit and then cut open, using one bath dyeing of the cationic dye and disperse dye, and 0～+10% overfeed setting under the condition of 160 ℃ and then make back side teasing.
