摘要
本文拟订了一个在其它氨基酸共存下测定赖氨酸的简便方法。研究了以二价铜作抑制剂,茚三酮为显色剂分光光度法测定发酵液中赖氨酸的最佳条件。当体系中铜(Ⅱ)的含量在2%时,可避免其它氨基酸的干扰。方法快速简便,可测定微克量级的赖氨酸。方法的回收率为90—97%,适用于各种发酵液及赖氨酸制剂中赖氨酸成分的测定。
A method is described for the determination of the lysine in a fermentated solution by spectrophotometry. The optimum conditions are: Cu(Ⅱ)is used as an inhibitor and indandione as a developing dye.When the concentration of Cu(Ⅱ)is 2% in the system, the interfence from other amino acids is avoided. The method is simple and rapid. The detection limit is 20%μg/25 ml, and the recovery rate 90—97%.The method is suitable for detection of lysine in all kinds of fermentated solution and products.
