定西市退耕还林(草)工程建设回顾与展望

Review and Respect on The Project Construction of Converting Cultivated Land into Forest/Grass in Dingxi City

以干旱半干旱地区特定自然条件为背景,系统回顾与总结了定西市退耕还林(草)工程在政策管理、技术设计、建管机制等方面的成功经验,并对巩固退耕还林(草)工程成果,充分提高退耕还林(草)工程效益提出了建议。

On the background of the special conditions of the arid and semi-arid land, the successful experiences in policy management, technical design, construction and mangement and mechanism, etc. of the project of converting cultivated land into forest/grass in Dingxi some suggestions on consolidate achievements and city, were reviewed and summarized systematically, and also increase benefit fully of the projent for converting cultivated land into forest/grass were put forward in this paper.
