社区慢性阻塞性肺病患者健康教育需求调查

INVESTIGATION OF COMMUNITY COPD PATIENT'S HEALTH EDUCATION NEED

[目的]了解城市社区慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)病人对健康教育的需求情况,为社区卫生服务中心对COPD患者提供规范化服务提供依据。[方法]采用自制的调查表进行面对面询问调查,同时普及相关的COPD健康保健知识。[结果]①通过健康教育使社区COPD患者获得COPD相关知识,学会用科学的手段采取自我管理。②有92.15%的COPD患者需要社区为他们提供健康教育服务,主要包括用药指导、中医冬病夏治和疾病预防、家庭护理和营养指导等方面。[结论]社区COPD患者健康教育十分必要,健康教育要因人而异,个体化,系统化,以提高COPD患者的生活质量。

[Objective] To learn the health education need of the coannunity COPD patients. To provide basis for community on standardize service for COPD patients. Methods： Used self-made questionnaires to investigate the patients and popularized the constitutional knowledge about COPD at the same time. [Methods] Used serf-made questionnaires to investigate the patients and popularized the constitutional knowledge about COPD at the same time. [ Results] （1） The patients learnt the knowledge by health education and used scientific method to carry, out self-management. （2） 92.15% COPD patients need their community to provide health education including medication guide, Chinese medical science treatment, disease prevention, family nursing, nutrition guidance and so on. [ Conclusion ] Health education is very important for COPD patients. This health education should be individual, systematic to improve the life quality of COPD patients.
