某社区高血压患者第四医学行为社区干预效果评价

EFFECT EVALUATION OF THE FOURTH MEDICAL BEHAVIOR OF PATIENT WITH HYPERTENSION IN A COMMUNITY

[目的]调查某社区高血压病患者第四医学行为现状,根据调查结果采取相应的社区卫生服务干预措施并评价其效果。[方法]随机抽取泸州市某社区确诊的高血压病例442例进行问卷调查,按知情同意、志愿和随机原则把病例分为干预组和对照组,比较两组的体重改变及其他一些行为生活方式差异来评价干预效果。[结果]该社区高血压患者对其发病因素及防治相关知识知晓率较低:食盐过多易致高血压的知晓率为38.19%,高血压可并发肾脏疾病为21.89%,吸烟、酗酒、性格要强、情绪紧张可以引起高血压的知晓率都低于30%。干预后得到明显改善,两组差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。[结论]针对其第四医学行为的薄弱环节,有目的地进行社区卫生服务性干预,对高血压病防治有积极的推动作用。

[Objective] hwestigation of fourth medical behavior of hypertensive disease patient in a eommunity, according to the result we take some community service intervention study and judge their effect. [Methods] Drew randomly 442 hypertensive disease patients in a community of Luzhou City to investigate them with questionnaire, and divided into intervention group and control group, then estimated intervention effect through the difference of behavior lifestyle between them. [ Results] Hypertensive disease patient in the community hardly knew the knowledge on prevention and cure of hypertensive disease： knowing rate of oversalting can cause hypertensive disease was 38.19%, hypertensive disease can cause kidney disease was 21.89, smoking, excessive drinking, tension emotion and character can cause hypertensive disease was lower than 30%. [Conclusion] It is effective to prevention and cure of hypertensive disease by carrying out community service intervention study on purpose.
