摘要
[目的]了解护士规范化培训招生生源存在的问题。[方法]对进入培训护理学毕业生况通过问卷进行现况调查。从生源的总量、学历结构、生源学校等方面分析了2006年四川大学华西医院护士规范化培训生源情况。[结果]大专和中专学历者占绝大多数(分别占到48%和44%),本科学历偏低;四川省内院校占大多数(95.39%),四川省外院校较少(4.62%);本校本科毕业生居多(69.2%),外校较少。本科学生来源单一。基本能满足医院对护士规范化培训的要求。[结论]应进一步改善护士规范化培训生源,增大本科生比例;吸收川外学校毕业生;拓展本科生学校生源地。
[Objective] To find the problems of student source of recruiting nurses on standard training. [Methods] All the graduates who recruited as trainee werc surveyed by questionnaires. Descriptively statistic method was used to describe the data from West China Hospital in 2006. [ Results] Basing on the data, this paper analyzed the source condition of nurses in the following aspects： gross, credential, school The nurses were mainly graduated from junior college and technical secondary school, and this human recourse structure could meet the requirement of the hospital on training qualified nurses. [ Conclusion] It should improve the student source of nurses standard training, extend the proportion of undergraduates, expand student source area.
