摘要
[目的]针对医院管理人员对电子健康服务及管理的可接受性进行初步研究,并在此基础上对电子健康的推广提出可行性建议。[方法]以行为学的创新推广理论为框架,调查采用横断面研究,以问卷形式调查昆明市两家三甲医院的医院管理人员149人。用Epidata3.1核查录入数据,SPSS11.5分析结果。[结果]研究结果显示:(1)医院管理人员认为电子健康相对优势明显,因而对电子健康具有较高的可接受性;(2)医院管理人员认为电子健康的相对优势表现在:①可提高健康服务机构的综合服务水平;②社会成员能更及时获得良好的健康服务;③有利于疾病控制与预防;④便于不同部门之间的学习交流。(3)医院管理者认同电子健康有诸多优势的同时,他们非常关注:①电子健康能否有效建立信息安全和隐私保护相关技术与机制;②能否有效进行个人健康信息的采集和保护;③医学标准化、规范化。[结论](1)特别重视医院在普及电子健康服务方面的积极性;(2)开发电子健康服务的硬件和软件中,应特别注意建立信息安全和隐私保护相关技术与机制。
[ Objectives ] To survey and analyze the needs of the e-health services and management from hospital managers. On this basis, we can make some suggestions for the spread of e-health. [Methods] In this study, the theory framework was the Diffusion of Innovation. We conducted a cross-sectional survey by questionnaire. Analyzed and explored the needs of ehealth from 149 hospital managers. We input data by Epidata 3.1 and analyzed data by SPSS 11.5. [ Results] The results showed : ( 1 ) They thought that relative advantages of e-health services were obvious ; so there were large acceptability on the e-health from hospital managers; (2) hospital managers thought the relative advantages of e-health services were the e-health could improve health services of health agencies; members in community could access the good health services; the e-health could benefit for disease control and prevention and benefit for the learning and exchanges between the different departments . [ Conclusions] (1) We should pay attention to the enthusiasm on e-health of hospital; (2) in the development of e-health services in hardware and software, we should pay special attention to the mechanisms and related technology on establishment of information security and privacy protection.
