摘要
[目的]研究氯化镉(CdCl2)抗肿瘤作用及对体内正常组织的影响。[方法]体内建立人肝癌裸小鼠移植瘤模型,阴性对照组给予生理盐水,阳性对照组给予5-Fu25mg/kg,实验组分别给予CdCl20.5、1.0、2.0mg/kg,锌保护组预先给Zn2+10mg/kg,24h后给予CdCl22.0mg/kg。观察CdCl2的抑瘤效应及对正常组织的影响。[结果]Cd-Cl2在体内可显著抑制SMMC-7721的增长,同时可引起外周血白细胞数减少,肝指数降低。[结论]CdCl2具有显著的抑瘤效应,锌作为保护剂可能通过诱导金属硫蛋白的表达拮抗镉的部分毒副作用。
[Objective] To study the anti-tumor effects of cadmium chloride (CdCl2) and the influences on normal tissues. [ Methods] Established hepatocarcinoma nude mice transplanted model in vivo, the negative control group was given sodium chloride, the positive control group was given 5-Fu 25mg/kg, the experiment group was given CdCl2 respectively 0.5, 1.0, 2.0mg/kg, and the Zn protection group first was given Zn^2+10mg/kg then given CdCl22.0mg/kg after 24h. Observed the anti-tumor effects of CdCl2 and the influences on normal tissues. [ Results] t The results in vivo showed that CdCl2 could inhibit the growth of SMMC-7721 cell significantly, and simultaneously had the side effects of reducing peripheral blood leukocyte and the liver index. [Conclusions] CdCl2 shows a significant anti-tumor effect in vivo, and its side effects may be alleviated by Zn as protectant by inducing metaltothionein expression.
