摘要
[目的]探讨加速控制和消除麻疹的策略和措施。[方法]2006年9月1～30日对西湖区20162名3～7岁儿童实施了麻疹疫苗(MV)补充免疫活动。利用省统计局资料,疫苗分发数、疫情资料等,对报告接种情况进行了评价。[结果]报告接种率97.65%。[结论]开展MV补充免疫活动对控制麻疹效果非常显著。
[Objective] To probe into the strategy and the measures of speeding up measles control program. [Methods] We implemented measles vaccine （MV） complemental immunization campaign target to children form 3 years old to 7 years old in Xihu during Sept. of 2006. The number of children complementally inoculated with measles vaccine was 20 162. The data from Statistics Bureau on the number of MV vaccine dispatched and epidemic situation were evaluated. [ Results] The reported coverage was 97.65%. [Conclusion] The resuhs indicate that complemental immunization campaign is effective to speed up measles control.
