摘要
[目的]了解我国各级疾病预防控制系统专业人员的培训需求。[方法]问卷调查和电话核实相结合。[结果]96.28%的人员认为需要接受培训;89.41%的认为参加培训的主要原因是岗位工作需要;66.58%的认为合适的培训天数在7d内;57.15%的认为每年外出培训2~3次最合适;70.64%的认为实践操作是适宜的培训方法;培训需求位居前5位的具体内容为现场调查和处理能力、英语应用能力、常用统计软件应用、数据管理与分析、项目设计与管理;技能培训的大多具体内容培训需求与学历和工龄有关,专业培训的大多具体内容培训需求,还与单位级别和从事的具体专业有关。[结论]多采用实践操作和案例分析的培训方法。对不同单位级别、不同学历、不同工龄、不同具体专业的人员开展培训的内容应有所不同。
[ Objective] To investigate the training demands for all levels of professional staff from Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDCs) in China. [ Methods ] Data were collected via field investigation or electronic questionnaires, and additional telephone interview were employed for any supplementary information. [ Results] 96.28% of the interviewed persons considered that professionals regarded trainings were extremely necessary; 89.41% considered the demands of their position was the main reason for the training; 66.58% of the informants found it was appropriate if the training was within 7 days 57.15% wanted to be trained 2-3 times per year: 70.64 of the informants regarded hand-to-hand operation was as the suitable means; the top 5 training items needed were field investigation and dealing ability, application of English skills, applications of popular statistics software, data management and analysis, and project design and management. Most of the skill-related training demands were associated with education background and work experience; besides the education background and work experience, most of the professional Lraining contents were also related with the condition of their institutions and their special field. [Conclusion] A variety of trainings should be held and adjusted according to the condition of institutions, staff' s education background, work experience, and their specific field, with main focus on hand-to-hand operation and case analysis.
