Research on the Current Situation of Coaches and Athletes in Shaanxi Province

采用专家调查、问卷调查等研究方法,对陕西省体育局系统内竞技体育教练员和运动员队伍的现状进行分析。探讨陕西省竞技体育教练员和运动员队伍发展中存在的问题,在此基础上提出优化和改进的对策建议,促进陕西省竞技体育的可持续发展。

Through documentary, questionnaire, interviewing, comparison and statistical data analysis, the thesis analyzed the current situation of coaches and athletes under the administration of Shaanxi Sports Bureau, explored its existing problems, and advanced the measures for optimization and further development of sports talents in Shaanxi province.
