摘要
本文报告用单钡双重造影法检查食道早癌的方法学和结果。并对该方法的特点、禁忌症和价值进行了讨论,肯定其简便、安全、易行,对早期发现和诊断食道癌具有重要意义。
In early esophageal carcinoma, the lesion frequently could not be displayed satis-factorily by routine barium meal examination. We had discovered 10 early esophageal carcinoma by double contrast radiography for single barium. This method was simple, convenient, safe and no special equipment needed. So long as the patient could cooperate, the focus of carcinoma could be displayed excellently.
