运用文献资料、专家访谈、录像观察等研究方法,对第40届世界体操锦标赛我国女子体操队比赛情况进行分析研究。目的是挖掘我国女子体操的优势项目和潜力项目,找出与世界体操强国之间存在的差距和不足,以及未来我国女子体操队在训练当中面临的突破点和攻关点,寻求和探讨我国女子体操训练的最佳方法和途径。

Using the methods of literature, expert visiting, video recording observation, the author carries on the analysis on our country woman gymnastics team competition in 40 sessions of worlds gymnastics championship tournament.
