试论和谐文化建设体系中的少儿图书馆管理工作

Management of Children's Libraries and the Construction of Harmonious Cultural System

本文以和谐文化建设理论为指导,在对目前困扰少儿图书馆管理工作诸方面问题进行客观分析的基础上,从价值观念、班子团结、制度建设、经营策略、干群关系五个方面系统阐述了作者的少儿图书馆管理理念,对于社会变革时期进一步做好少儿图书馆管理工作具有一定参考价值。

With the theory of constructing a harmonious cultural system as the guidance, this paper analyses troublesome problems existing in the management work of children＇s libraries. On this basis, the author systematically elaborates his own management ideas from five aspects including values, administrative staff, rules and regulations, business strategies and interpersonal relationship.
