面板堆石坝挤压边墙技术在佃石水库工程中的应用

摘要 按照传统的施工方法,面板坝上游垫层坡面斜坡碾压质量很难保证,施工工序复杂、填筑期上游坡面长期无防护,在一定程度上影响工程进度和工程质量.在在建中的三门佃石水库面板堆石坝施工中,采用混凝土挤压式边墙技术,替代传统工艺的垫层料超填、削坡、修整、斜坡碾压、坡面防护等工序,可有效保证垫层料碾压质量,加快施工进度. The compaction for the underlayer of upstream slope of concrete faced rockfill dam is difficult to guarantee its quality due to the complex working procedure and non-protection of upper slope face in filling period in traditional construction way. The technique of concrete crushing side wall is applied in the construction of face plate of the rockfill dam in Diansh Reservoir instead of traditional techniques, such as underlayer material extra-fill,scaling, trimming, slope face roller compaction, slope protection and so on. Therefore, the roller compaction quality of cushion material can be insured, as well as the constructing pace.
