台州农村供水现状及解决策略

Country Water Supply Situation and Solution in Taizhou

农村供水在供水工程中的地位越来越重要,但目前台州市农村供水中的地质性水质、资源型缺水以及建设经营中的成本和管理问题,已使台州市农村供水矛盾显现.针对这些问题,应在深入分析调查的基础上,在供水工程建设、供水经营管理和供水资金等方面进行政策上、制度上和运行机制上的探索,以加大台州农村供水的改革力度,推动农村供水管理一体化进程.

Country water supply is increasingly important when the balance between Supply and demand is off because of the problems in geologic water quality, water resources shortage and construction cost and management. The research is made on the engineering construction, the management, the cost of the water supply based on the present country water supply in Taizhou in view of the policy, the system and the runnning mechanism to realize the integration of water supply adminisration.
