摘要
黄龙水库混凝土面板堆石坝面板裂缝处理,本着治本为主,治表为辅,表本结合,综合处理的原则,对大于0.2mm及贯穿性裂缝,采用HK-G系列环氧灌浆材料打孔灌浆,表面涂刷水泥基渗透结晶型防水产品塞柏斯(XYPEX)和涂刷PUA-75聚脲弹性涂料增强表面抗拉和抗裂强度,对小于0.2 mm以下非贯穿性裂缝可采用表面涂刷塞柏斯和聚脲弹性涂料.处理后,经压水试验和蓄水运行表明,处理效果较好,满足工程运行要求.
A comprehensive treatment is made in handling the crack of the concrete faced rockfill darn faceplate in Huanglong Reservoir. For the through crack wider than 0.2mm, the grouting by HK-G epoxy grouting materials with seepage crystal XYPEX and elastic PUA-75 brushing on the surface is applied to boost up surface tensile strength and breaking resistance, while for the non-through crack less than 0.2 mm in width is dealed with XYPEX and PUA-75 pointing on the surface. The effect is proved to be qualified in construction by water pressure test and storage operation,
