摘要
大港电站原设计拦水坝为浆砌块石宽顶堰重力坝,水流条件差.特别是在洪水期,上游淹没范围大,政策处理困难.为改善水流条件,降低洪水位,对原设计方案进行了优化,堰型改为实用堰,中间段堰坝改为橡胶坝,有效地降低了洪水期的淹没范围,同时保证枯水期电站的发电水头和发电效益.
The original dam of Dagang power station was designed as masonry gravity dam with broadcrested weir arid high flood level. The flooded area was extremely large in flood period. The rubber dam is replaced in new version design to low the flood level so as to improve the flow speed and to minish the flooded area. And the water head and economic benefit can also he kept in balance even in low eater period.
