心腔粘液瘤的影象诊断

Imaging Diagnosis of Intracardiac Myxoma

本文通过对19例心腔粘液瘤的影象表现回顾性分析,认为超声心动图对其诊断具有特征性,X线观察心脏整体轮廓、大血管和肺血改变以及对瘤体钙化时的确诊意义又较超声心动图佳。并就X线表现及手术发现瘤体物理特性和循环栓塞关系进行了探讨。

From a retrospective analysis of 19 cases of intracardiac myxoma, it was noted that echocardiography might reveal the findings having diagnostic Characteristics. The plain film might depict the overall size and shape of the heart and the great vessels, the hemodynamic status of the lungs and the calcification of tumors and seemed to be better than the echocardiogrphy as for as the diagnosis was concerned. The X-ray manifestions, and the operative findings, and the correlation between the physical characteristics of myxoma and the circulatory embolism were discussed.
