企业员工积极情感与工作绩效的关系研究 被引量:9

摘要 以问卷调研方法构建企业员工的积极情感与其工作绩效关系的结构方程模型,结果显示,积极情感对员工的整体工作绩效产生显著性的贡献,对员工的适应绩效产生最大程度的影响,对努力绩效、人际绩效所产生的影响作用次之,对任务绩效不产生显著性的影响。并指出综合检验消极情感及中介变量的影响是未来研究的方向。
