心理授权与心理契约关系的研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用问卷法对298名员工进行施测,以探索心理授权对员工心理契约的影响。研究结果显示,不同心理授权水平组之间心理契约存在显著差异;工作影响维度是企业应尽义务的预测指标,心理授权四维度是员工应尽义务和心理契约的预测指标;根据企业对自己义务履行程度和员工对自己义务履行程度的不同,可将心理契约分成四种类型,在不同心理契约类型下,心理授权水平存在显著差异。
