医学专长发展的中间水平效应:知识组织的解释
摘要
文章回顾了医学领域专长发展的中间水平效应,对中间水平效应的各种实证研究进行了总结,并对中间水平效应如何产生的两种解释(知识打包假设和两个世界假设)进行了比较,最后指出了中间水平效应对于专长培训与开发的意义。
