摘要
通过实例,对有机硅装置流化床反应器结构的大型化进行了详述。反应器的外指型管之间采用套管架结构连接;内指型管顶部入水口采用封头管箱加分配器结构,底部增设开孔取热结构。下部物料进口设置环形分布器及双封头物料反吹结构。反应器外部采用两段多头可调电感加热装置,并设置多点测温结构,对操作时各反应段的温度实施监控。结构大型化后,流化床反应器具有安装检修方便,反应物料分布均匀,流化质量高,传热效果好,操作平稳,产品纯度高等特点。
With practical examples, in this article, the large scale structure of floating bed reactor in organic silicon construction was described in detail. The jacketed tube stand is used as connection structure between outer tubes. The structure of channel with distribu- tor is used as the water inlet at the top of inner tubes, and moreover, some holes are made at the bottom of inner tubes for heat transfer. The hoop distributor and double head structure for medium feeding are set at the bottom inlet. At outside of reactor, double segment muhiple sensor inductance device is used. Thus, with the structure of multiple temperature measuring points, the temperature at each reacting segment in operation can be checked and controlled. With large scale structure, floating bed reactor has the advantages of easy installation and maintenance, homogeneous distribution of reacting medium, high floating quality, excellent effect of heat transfer, stable performance and high purity of product.
