Diameter measuring and piping cleaning at same time has been one of the important methods for checking and accepting new pipeline and has been approved by the clients of pipeline. In this article, the usage of cleaning and diameter measuring instrument was introduced. The statement was, then, focused on the disadvantages of this instrument, and the research direction was pointed out. Finally, the procedure of applying this instrument was described.
