摘要
目的:探讨创伤组织中降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP),血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达与损伤时间的相关关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学方法、图像分析技术动态检测大鼠创伤组织中CGRP,VEGF的表达。结果:生前创伤组(1,2,4,8,12,24 h)大鼠皮肤组织内CGRP在神经纤维中表达明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05),死亡组大鼠皮肤组织中CGRP表达与正常对照组比较无明显变化(P>0.05)。生前损伤组中CGRP表达在损伤后1 h明显增多,4 h达到高峰,8 h开始下降,以后逐渐恢复到正常。VEGF在损伤后8 h皮肤组织中开始表达,72 h表达最强(P<0.01),96 h开始下降。结论:损伤组织中CGRP表达明显早于VEGF,而且具有时间的规律性,可作为早期创口损伤时间推断中的重要指标。
Objective : To investigate the relationship of the time of injury and the expressions of calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in rat's skin after injury. Methods: The expressions of CGRP and VEGF in the wound tissue were detected by immunohistochmisty technique and MIAS image analysis system. Results: The expression of CGRP in neurofibrils in the wound tissue( 1,2,4,8,12,24 h) was higher than that in the control (P 〈 0.05 ). However, in postmortem injury group, there were no significant changes in anti-CGRP immounreaetivities in neurofibrils compared to the control group(P 〉 0.05 ). Further, the expression of CGRP could be detected increasingly in 1 h, and reached maximum in 4 h, returned in 8 h, then returned to normal there after. However, the expression of VEGF could be detected increasingly in 8 h after injury, and reached maximun in 72 h(P 〈0.01 ) ,then returned in 96 h. Conclusion: The expression of CGRP was erlier than VEGF in rat's skin after injury, and it was time dependent. It could used as a bio-marker to determine the time of injury in the early wound.
