摘要
随着城市轨道交通逐步向网络化方向发展,突发事件(如火灾、恐怖袭击等)对城市轨道交通的影响面将更广、后果将更加严重,相应的,其应急处置也将难度更大、更复杂。传统的电视监控、电话指挥的方式已难以满足实际应急处置要求。针对这种情况,结合网络化运营条件下轨道交通的应急指挥组织结构,设计开发了城市轨道交通应急处置系统,并运用统一建模语言图例对该系统的分析、设计和实现进行了详细介绍。该系统的应用将为网络化运营条件下城市轨道交通的应急处置提供一个切实可行的解决方案。
With the gradual development of URT into a network, unexpected events(such as fire, terrorist attacks, etc. ) will occur and the consequences will be serious, so the corresponding emergency treatment becomes more difficult and more complex. The traditional method of monitoring by TV and the commanding by telephone can not meet the actual requirements. In light of this sitution, this paper analyzes the organization structure of the emergey treatment of rail transit, and designs a new emergency treatment system of urban rail transit based on the unified modeling language (UML). With an introduction of the system's organization, design and realization, the authors argue that the application of this system will provide a feasible solution for emergency treatment. Finally, the possible development of this system is discussed for reference.
