NGN is a hot topic widely concerned and discussed. Beijing MTR Construction Administration Corporation introduces the new technology and attempts to build a traffic integrated communication network based on NGN. This paper introduces the status quo of traffic integrated communication network and the technology of NGN, analyzes and compares NGN with the present networks, maintains that NGN is of higher efficiency, more functions and simpler management.
