摘要
利用大型有限元软件ANSYS对多年冻土地区埋地输油管道进行力学性能分析,在一定管径、壁厚及换填深度等工程措施下,具体分析了在一定的过渡段长度,冻胀率条件下多年冻土区埋地输油管道的应力及变形,进而给出了在保证管道安全的前提下,其所允许埋设土体的最大冻胀率及相应的差异性冻胀变形,分析结果可为工程设计提供参考.
With the help of the large-scale finite elelment software ANSYS,we make scientific researches on the mechanical characteristics of oil pipeline in permafrost region. Be going on this promise that the tube must be ensured safety,we analyse the stress and deformation of an given instance correctly, and we also get the allowed and maximum frost heave rate as well as the differential deformation of icy soil by heave, which is based on the determinate frost heave rate and length of transition section when the tube's diameter, wall thickness, height of cover and changed fill as well as other measures are unalterable. And the result can be adopted as a reference to the detail design.
