摘要
文章用RIA法检测30例临床无甲状腺功能异常表现的原发性肝癌病人血清FT_3、FT_4浓度,并比较其与各肝功指标间的关系,确认测定FT_3、FT_4对于判断、预测肝癌病况有一定价值。
Serum FT_3, and FT_4 Concentrations were determined by RIA in 30 patients with primary liver cancer, all of these patients had on clinical signs of thyroid disease. After comparing the relationship between serum free thyroxine and index of various liver function, we concluded that FT_3 and FT_4 determinations had some values for the estima-tiom and prognosis of liver cancer condition.
