语言规划是社会语言学中研究如何计划语言发展推动社会进步的一门学科。语言通常要根据特定社会语言发展的实际关系来规划。广西正面临北部湾经济区的建立和中国-东盟自由贸易区逐步形成的大好机遇,但广西的语言关系随着与东盟关系的加强变的更加复杂。本文将从内部和外部分析广西复杂的语言关系,从语言选择,语言权力和语言教育等角度探究广西语言规划应当采取的策略。

Language Planning is a branch of sociolinguistics which focuses on promoting the social improvement from planning the language development. One language is often planned according to the actual language relationship in a specific society. Guangxi is now facing the great developmental opportunity of the establishment of economic region of North Bay and the gradual forming of China - ASEAN Free Trade area, but it will also meet more complicated language relationship than before when the relationship between Guangxi and ASEAN is enforced. This article will analyze the complicated language relationship in Guangxi from internal and external factors, and explore the strategies in making Language Planning in Guangxi from the perspective of language choice, language rights and language education.
