摘要
本文通过136例肝内胆管结石的B超显像与手术对比分析,表明B超在诊断肝内胆管结石中的诊断正确率为93.4％(127例/136例),假阴性为2.9％假阴性为3.7％。结石定位诊断正确率为88.9％(224例处/252例处)。文中对肝内胆管结石的声像图表现,漏误诊原因及如何提高诊断率进行了分析讨论。
B-mode ultrasonography was performed in 136 cases of intrahepatic lithiasis, and was proved by the finding from operation, with an overall accuracy rate of 93.4%(127/136). The false negative rate was 2.9% and the false positive rate 3.7%. The accuracy rate of localization was 88.9%(224/252). The sonographic features of intrahepatic lithiasis were described. The limitation of ultrasonography in the diagnosis was pointed out and discussed.
