高效液相色谱法测定更年宁心片中盐酸小檗碱的含量

Determination of Berberine Hydrochloride in Gengnian ningxin tablets by HPLC

目的建立测定更年宁心片中盐酸小檗碱含量的高效液相色谱法。方法以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂;以乙腈-水(每100mL加0.26mL磷酸、0.5mL三乙胺与0.05g十二烷基硫酸钠)(46:54)为流动相;检测波长为264nm。结果盐酸小檗碱在8.02～72.18μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为100.19%,RSD为1.21%(n=5)。结论该方法稳定,重现性好,可作为更年宁心片中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法。

Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of Berberine Hydrochloride in Gengnian ningxin tablets. Methods Symetry C18 column was used, and the mobile phase was the mixture of acetonitrile and water （0.26 mL phosphoric acid, 0.5 mL triethylamine and 0.05 g sodium dodecyl sulfate in 100 mL water, 46 ： 54）, detection wavelength was at 264 nm. Results The linear range was 8.02 - 72.18 μg/mL, and the average recovery was 100.19 %, RSD = 1.21% （ n = 5 ）. Conclusion The method is accurate, reproducible, and it can be used to determine Berberine Hydrochloride in C-engnian ningxin tablets.
