高校图书馆是信息化社会的重要支点。该文根据高校图书馆现状,分析其信息资源社会化服务的优势,并从人员管理、制度改革及服务体系的完善三方面阐述了优化高校图书馆信息资源社会化服务的有效途径。

Libraries of colleges and universities are the important pivot of our digital society. This article analyzes the advantages of the open-service of the information resources of libraries on the basis of the current situations of the college and university libraries. The effective approaches to promoting such socialization are illustrated from three aspects regarding staff management, system reform, and improvement of service system.
