摘要
根据先进的动态仿真理论和有限元分析手段,采用计算机三维设计软件Pro/E和有限元分析软件ANSYS对采煤机截割部进行分析,建立了MG250/591-WD型采煤机截割部的三维仿真模型,通过对截割部进行静力学分析和动力学分析,指出了MG250/591-WD型采煤机截割部在原始设计中存在的问题并进行了改进。
According to the advanced dynamic stimulant theory and finite element analysis, cutting part of the coal winning machine is analyzed with 3D designing software Pro/E and finite element analysis software ANSYS and the 3D simulation model of Cutting Part Of MG250/591 - WD Coal Winning Machine is built. After the static and dynamic analysis of the cutting part with the ANSYS software, some problems existing in the original design of the Cutting Part of MG250/591 - WD Coal Winning Machine is founded, then the suggestion is put forward and some improvements are done in the paper.
