钙对盐胁迫下高羊茅部分生理指标影响的初步研究

Preliminary Studies of Effects of Calcium on Physiological Characteristics of Festuca arundinacea under Salt Stress

研究了外源硝酸钙对盐胁迫下‘可奇思’高羊茅(Festuca arundinacea)品种部分生理指标的影响。结果表明,外源硝酸钙能够提高高羊茅(Festuca arundinacea)叶绿素含量,促进可溶性糖的积累。此外,外源钙还降低了丙二醛含量和细胞膜透性,从而减轻盐胁迫对高羊茅的抑制作用,提高高羊茅的抗盐性和对盐分胁迫的适应性。试验中以5g/L硝酸钙处理对盐胁迫下高羊茅的效应最好。

Cultivar ‘keqisi’(Festuca arundinacea) was used to investigate the effects of calcium on some physiological characteristics of the leaves grown under saltstress.The result indicated that,addition of Ca2+ increased the contents of chlorophyll and soluble sugar.Furthermore,addition of Ca2+ reduced the content of MDA and the permeability of cellmembrane,thus relaxes salt stress to Festuca arundinacea 5 g/L Ca(NO3)2 is the best treatment in this experiment.
