银杏丛枝菌根及其与土壤有效磷的关系

摘要 以田间栽培的12a生银杏(Ginkgo biloba)实生苗"家佛手"和本砧嫁接的"家佛手"嫁接苗为试材,观察根系丛枝菌根的状况及其与土壤有效磷的关系。结果表明,丛枝菌根在银杏根系中是一种普遍现象,但侵染强度和菌根结构状况较差。嫁接苗根系侵染程度、侵染强度、泡囊数和侵入点均显著高于实生苗,但土壤有效磷显著低于实生苗。土壤有效磷与侵染程度、侵染强度、侵入点间呈显著/极显著负线性相关关系。由此提示,在未来银杏嫁接苗栽培上根系丛枝菌根的状况应该成为一个关注对象。 Arbuscular mycorrhizal development of 12-year-old Ginkgo biloba(Jiafushou seedlings and Jiafushou/Jiafushou grafted plants) and its correlation with soil available phosphorus were observed in the experiment in field.The results indicated that arbuscular mycorrhizal structure was an universal phenomena in the roots of Ginkgo biloba,but infected instensity of root system and mycorrhizal structural status were relative low.Infected degree of root system,infected intensity of root system,vesicle and entry point were higher in grafted plants than in seedlings.There was a significantly negative correlation between soil available phosphorus and infected degree of root systme,infected intensity of root system,vesicle or entry point,respectively.It suggested that arbuscular mycorrhizal status of roots should be an attentional object in the culture of grafted Ginkgo biloba.
