数控编程中刀具补偿类G指令教学的研究

Research of the Class G Instruction Concerning the Cutter Offset in Numerical Control Programming Teaching

刀具补偿类指令的应用既是数控编程中的重点又是难点内容，学生不易理解或理解的往往不透彻，在实际应用中容易出错。文章结合《数控加工编程与操作》课的教学实际，对其中刀具半径补偿和长度补偿指令的应用进行了积极的研究探索。主要阐述了进行刀具补偿的原因、补偿指令的格式、指令的应用和补偿的本质，并列举了补偿的实例，对刀具补偿类G指令做出了较为详尽的论述。

The application of the class instruction about the cutter offset is emphasis and indeterminable. The students cannot easily comprehend or very clear, and are fallibleness in actual application. This paper actively go behind the application of the cutter radius compensation and length compensation instruction in combination with teaching fact of the numerical control to process programming and operation. The cause to cutter offset, the style of offset instruction, the application and the essence of offset, also the example was given.
