介绍了双三羟甲基丙烷丙烯酸酯的合成,采用直接酯化法,以双三羟甲基丙烷和丙烯酸为原料,硅钨酸为催化剂,环己烷为带水溶剂,合成双三羟甲基丙烷丙烯酸酯.通过实验考察多种因素对酯化率的影响.反应酯化率为95%,产品纯度达98%以上.

This paper introduces the preparation of Di-TMP acrylate. Taking Di-TMP and acrylic acid as the raw materials, sillicontungstie acid as the catalyst, cyclohexane as the solvent, the direct esterification is used to synthesize the Di-TMP acrylate. The influences of many factors on the esterification rate are investigated experimentally. The yield of esterification of reaction was 95%. The purity of product was over 98%.
