摘要
由于FPGA的高速和并行处理特性,使其广泛应用在高速信息处理系统中.以X射线能谱的前端数据处理为对象,提出了基于FPGA实现对高速数据的采集与处理的方法.同时讨论了电子测量系统中的补偿措施.
FPGA has been widely used in high-speed information processing system due to its high-speed parallel features. Aiming at the front data processing of X-ray spectroscopy, the high-speed data acquisition and processing methods based on FPGA are proposed in this paper. The compensation measures for the electronic measurement system are also discussed.
