摘要
在项目建设中进行工程造价全过程控制与管理的目的是促进建设单位、施工单位、设计单位加强管理,使人力、物力、财力等有限资源得到充分利用,取得最佳的经济效益和社会效益。
In the course of project-construction, the aim of cost-control and management of whole construction project is to strengthen the managements of every side in construction, building and designation respectively, and to have a full exploitation of the limited resources so as to achieve the best social and economic benefits in manpower, material and financial resources.
