Different enterprises have different tcehnological innovation abilities. The uncertainties of factors affecting various indicators of innovation abilities bring difficulties to technological innovation capabilities of enterprises. The fuzzy comprehensive assessment method can be applied to solve the uncertainties of assessment indictors.
