On Identity Construction and Its Motivation in Verbal Communication

说话人主体拥有多元身份,其会话互动的过程也是身份建构的过程。在实际的言语交际中,社会身份理论、身份传播理论、巴赫金对话理论为身份建构的研究提供了理论理据。对言语交际中身份建构的研究有利于进一步解释言语交际中各种语用现象,同时为话语在线推理提供依据。

The identity of interlocutor is plural and the process of interaction necessarily involves identity construction. In the process of verbal communication, the social identity theory, the communication theory of identity and the dialogic theory provide theoretical motivations for identity construction. The study of identity construction in verbal communication will facilitate the explanation of various pragmatic phenomena and provide evidence for online inference of utterances.
