摘要
颜色模型是基于机器视觉技术实现脱绒棉种外观颜色分级的关键。本文对机器视觉中常用的RGB、XYZ、CIEL*a*b*、HIS等不同的颜色模型进行了对比研究,结果表明适合脱绒棉种检测分级的颜色模型为HIS模型;并对大量棉种图像进行研究,通过结果确定I分量为脱绒棉种分级的重要参考标准,这一结论可为实现脱绒棉种的自动检测分级提供的理论依据。
Color Model, based on machine vision, is the key technology to accomplish the classification of cotton seeds due to their appearance and color. This paper selected HIS color model which is proved by the practical outcome to be the most appropriate color model for cotton seeds detection over the rest of the commonly-used color model in machine vision systems such as RGB model, XYZ model, CIEL*a*b* model. The paper selects I component in HIS model as the most important reference to classify the seeds through mass research toward cotton image. In general, this paper provides the theoretical basis for automatic cotton seeds' detection and classification.
